Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy (Angrerett og Retur)

As a consumer shopping with us in Norway, you are protected by the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). You have an unconditional right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party physical handler designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins the day after you receive the last item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unambiguous statement before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

You may use the standard statutory Right of Withdrawal Form (Angreskjema) provided by the Norwegian Ministry of Children and Families, but it is not mandatory as long as you notify us explicitly in writing. 3. Effects of Withdrawal & Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will process the refund without undue delay, and no later than:

  • 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, or

  • (More commonly) 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back, or you provide proof of having sent them back—whichever happens first.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Returns & Shipping Costs

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at [Your Return Shipping Address] without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Important Note on Shipping Costs: Under Norwegian law, you (the consumer) must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have explicitly agreed to cover them or failed to inform you that you were responsible for them prior to purchase.

5. Condition of the Product & Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Think of this as what you are allowed to do in a physical retail store. You can unpack and inspect the item (e.g., try on clothing for size), but you cannot actively use it or wear it out. If the item has been handled extensively or is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Angrerettloven, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • The supply of goods made to your unique specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, earrings).

  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

7. Defects & Statutory Warranties (Reklamasjon)

Separate from your 14-day right to change your mind, Norwegian consumer law gives you a statutory right to claim for defects (Reklamasjonsrett) under the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). If a product has a defect, you must notify us within a reasonable time. Depending on the circumstances, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund.
